Donovan Moore
President
Donovan joined the world of Title & Escrow after graduating from Stetson University College of Law with Honors in 2016. Donovan became a Licensed Florida Title Insurance Agent shortly thereafter, in 2017. He believes in clear, strong communication with an emphasis on both internal and external customer service. Throughout his Title career so far, Donovan has worked in Processing, Closing, Post-Closing, Underwriting, Software Development and Support, Management, and Operations. In his time away from the office, you’ll most often find Donovan spending quality time with his husband and four dogs.

Jasmine Rodriguez
Bi-Lingual Closing Agent
Jasmine has over 20 years of Title Insurance and Real Estate closing experience and specializes in providing a smooth closing process to all. Jasmine is known for personalizing her closings, always keeping in mind how she would like to be treated. She is highly skilled in Simultaneous Closings, Retail Closings, Commercial Closings, as well as any Wholesaler Creative Closings. Her clients truly appreciate the versatility and experience she brings to each of her closings. Jasmine is originally from the Bronx, NYC. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, Clearwater Beach, music, dancing, shopping, and making people laugh and smile.

Ja’nae Breedlove
Processor & Jr. Closer
Ja’Nae handles files for Dynasty Title’s clients from open through and past closing, working diligently to build initial client contact and relationships with all parties to ensure a smooth and successful transaction as well as ensuring everything is buttoned up tight on the back end. Ja’Nae started in the Real Estate Industry as a Transaction Coordinator, later earning her Real Estate License. Her extensive industry experience allows for her to serve as a tremendous resource for Dynasty Title’s clients in all critical stages of the Closing process. Originally from South Florida, Ja’Nae moved to Orlando in 2020. She enjoys being a mother, trying new restaurants, and traveling.
